Rates
My standard fee for individual therapy is 200.00 per 50 minute session.
Insurance
I am not “in network” with any insurance providers. I have made that decision so that I can provide you with the most confidential and effective therapy possible. I do, however, encourage you to file insurance claims for reimbursement. I will provide you with a monthly statement that includes all the information you will need to file a claim. Many insurance plans have provisions for out of network benefits and most of my clients do receive at least partial reimbursement for fees.
I’d recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking these questions to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
Fees are payable at the time of service. I accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Payments may be made in person or online through my client portal.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. You will be responsible for the full fee for sessions not cancelled with 24 hours notice.
